About Me

I used to believe that running on empty meant I was doing it right. Now, I help women train, fuel, and live with real strength and confidence. I created Unbreakable Fit because the all-or-nothing mindset doesn’t work—and women deserve better.

I’m a certified strength coach and performance trainer with years of experience helping women crush endurance goals, rebuild strength, and reshape their bodies without falling into burnout.

I’m also a total goofball. I love lifting heavy, dancing in the kitchen, and proving that you can be strong, silly, and snack-loving all at once.

My mission is to help women stop shrinking themselves and start stepping into their full power. You don’t have to be perfect to get results. You just need to keep showing up.
